His Will Not Mine is currently building a network of local Pastors and Missionaries in Liberia, Africa. We currently, are working with ten local Pastors and their church families. We are praying God's will is to continue to grow this number. We help support them with biblical resources, training and financial support. In the west we have unlimited access to Resources. We live in a culture of abundance. We have been blessed to have all the resources we need in accomplishing the work of ministry.
In Liberia, Africa, this is not the case. Many Pastors must work a regular job, 40-60 hours per week to provide for their family, while working full time in their ministry. This is an extremely exhausting schedule. Pastors have limited training and rarely have any resources. In the bush even Bibles are hard to find. Your partnership helps provide leadership training, biblical training, biblical resources, and financial support. A pastor and his family can survive on $150.00 per month. This salary allows Pastors to focus 100 percent on full time ministry, without the burden of working a regular job. That is 50-60 extra hours of ministry work. This is vital to the spread of The Gospel and Kingdom growth.
Our goal at His Will Not Mine is to encourage, train, and support local Pastors and missionaries to continue striving to know God and submit their lives and ministries to the dictates of His Word. To put it bluntly, our passion is to demonstrate to God’s men that God’s Word is all-sufficient for all things in life and ministry. It is “profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work” (II Timothy 3:16-17).
